Satellitic Myths

by Andrei Dorian Gheorghe

You were born on Earth,
and Earthly myths say
the Sun
follows the Moon
to give her
more love.

I was born on Mars,
and Martian myths say
Phobos and Deimos
follow the Sun
to take from him
more light.
